Site Visit & Evaluation
Once we’ve connected, we’ll plan a visit to your site to take measurements, assess the space,
and understand its context.
Concept, Proposal & Agreement
Based on our conversations and site visit, we present an initial concept along with a detailed
proposal. Once you’re happy with the plan, we proceed with signing the design agreement,
which clearly outlines scope, timelines, and costs.
Design Development
Once approved & signing of agreement, we’ll dive into detailed design — layouts, materials,
finishes, lighting plans, and 3D visualizations, depending on the project.
Execution Begins
With everything finalized, we get to work. We coordinate with contractors, vendors, and
suppliers, ensuring seamless execution while keeping you informed at every stage.
Handover & Final Styling
After thorough checks and finishing touches, we hand over the completed space to you —
styled, functional, and ready to enjoy, host your Grah Pravesh Pooja, or celebrate the
Inauguration Ceremony. It’s your space, brought to life.

Rohan Choudhary
I am the founder and principal designer at The Rohan Interiors, bringing together creative vision, technical expertise, and a deep passion for well-designed spaces.
About me
I hold a Master’s degree in Space Planning (M.Des.) from Annamalai University, Chennai, which laid the foundation for his design philosophy — one that balances aesthetics with functionality.
My professional journey includes working with renowned organizations such as Asian Paints and S.K. Sehgal & Associates, where he gained hands-on experience in understanding spatial dynamics, materials, and client needs across diverse project types. These early experiences helped shape his practical approach and deepened his appreciation for design that is both user-centered and detail-driven.
In addition to leading the firm, I continues to serve as a professor at NIF (National Institute of Fashion), a role he has held since 2017, where he mentors and inspires aspiring designers. His academic involvement keeps him closely connected to evolving trends and fresh perspectives, which he actively integrates into his professional work. At the heart of his practice is a simple belief: good design should reflect the people who live in it and improve the way they experience space
